If you have an utilities emergency, outside of our regular business hours, you may call our office at (419) 823-1911. During or after the intial greeting message, simply push 4. After the message you may leave a detailed explanation of your problem and the best way to contact you. Your information will be automatically forwarded by our voice mail system to our Village Administrator. Depending on the situation, direct contact will be made with you as soon as possible.
Please listen to the after-hours message carefully. During those times when the Village Administrator is already aware of an outage, the message will indicate so. In such cases it is not necessary to leave a message.
